Responsibilities
Work closely with our customers to demo, deploy, operationalize, and extend the Paynet platform while solving problems and contribute to the building of new technology solutions across the security practice.
Deliver written and verbal communications consistently and competently address our customers’ needs.
Perform in a team-oriented culture and be able to deliver a significant individual contribution while collaborating with and strengthening teammates across Business Development, Sales and Professional Services organizations.
Share a broad knowledge across several technical domains, coupled with deep knowledge in one or more of the following: endpoint security, systems management, system administration, software engineering, or incident response.
Utilize critical thinking, spanning the sales process through customer support, while troubleshooting and developing new capabilities on the Paynet platform.
Manage weekly campaign status documents for review.
Work closely with Account and Developer teams to ensure global and scalable solutions.
Requirements
5+ years experience in technical or technical sales positions.
2+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions.
A demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated dependability, team player, positive attitude, and good attendance.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualified candidates should have relevant endpoint security experience around Windows or Linux to include scripting.
Bachelor’s Degree in C.S. is required; MIS preferred.
